Come on, Join Brilli for a walk to Musala Al-Barkah! Cool Wudu Faucet

13 September 2022

From a distance, the Al-Barkah prayer room does look ordinary. Same with prayer rooms in general. However, when you set foot in the ablution area, you will certainly see a different view. Yes, there are dozens of chrome faucets that look luxurious and elegant lined up in that area. It was like being in a shopping mall bathroom.

Why discuss prayer? Yes, in this article, Brilli deliberately invites a friend of GB Sanitaryware to 'stop' at the Al-Barkah prayer room. The location is on the side of the highway. Administratively, it belongs to the Kampung Ujung Harapan area, Happy Village, Babelan District, Bekasi Regency.

The prayer room is never empty of worshippers. Almost every day, especially when it is time for Maghrib and Fajr prayers, there are dozens of people praying in congregation in the musala. "At Fajr, it reaches three rows with a congregation of 40 to 50 people," said the head of the Al-Barkah Musala, Nurul Yakin when talking with Brilli.

Nurul still remembers, before being renovated in May 2021, the Al-Barkah wudu musala was less pleasing to the eye. At that time the shower for ablution still used a plastic faucet. "At that time, it looks unattractive, looks dull, dirty and the impression is a bit dirty," said the 52-year-old man.

However, all these negative impressions immediately changed when the 'troops' of Germany Brilliant (GB) Sanitaryware came to renovate the prayer room. All plastic faucets are replaced with faucets made of chrome box model. In the corner where the ablution is also installed a white sink to add an elegant impression. "The ablution place is so nice, clean, neat," explained Nurul.

Not only that, GB Sanitaryware also replaced the toilet bowl in the prayer room. There are a total of four toilet seats installed. Nurul said that currently only one toilet is for the public. "Others we open when there are activities. Because it will last for the long term,” said Nurul and then laughed.

Nurul and the worshipers of the prayer room really felt the big changes from the renovation. The ablution faucet and toilet seat from GB Sanitaryware make the wet area in the prayer room pleasing to the eye, clean, shiny, neat and luxurious. "Compared to other prayer rooms in the village, here (Al-Barkah prayer room) is the most shiny," he said.

More than a year after installation, the faucets and toilets in the prayer room are still shiny and almost no damage. That's what makes Nurul and the congregation excited until now. Nurul said that the prayer room had routinely carried out maintenance and cleaning so that the faucets and toilets remained durable and did not rust.

That was Brilli's short trip to the Al-Barkah prayer room. Next, Brilli will also visit other destinations that are no less interesting. Wait for the next travel story, OK!
