The residential building that Titi Kamal and Christian Sugiono have recently occupied is not just a place to live. Titi Kamal wanted the house she built with her husband to be a comfortable place to relax and rest.
In addition to determining the design and choosing the right material, Titi and Tian also chose high-tech sanitary equipment. Starting from showers, sinks or wastafels, sensor faucets, and smart closets.
Right now, finding sanitary equipment that is technologically advanced is not difficult. Titi and Tian chose GB Sanitaryware again to support their sanitary equipment.
"From 2011 until now, we have decided to use GB Sanitaryware again because apart from its advanced features, it is also durable," Tian said in one of his video YouTube channel.
Even though they have been using GB Sanitaryware products for a long time, Titi and Tian still choose the sanitary equipment for their new home in detail and carefully. Mainly for bathroom accessories used.
"The important thing is if you want to make the bathroom, yes, apart from having a good design, the bathroom has lots of accessories, such as faucets, toilet (toilet), sink, shower," said Tian.
In addition to accessories that need attention, we also need to be careful in choosing the material used. Because, the bathroom is a damp place and easily moldy. Thus, the accessories or products used are likely to be easily damaged and require a lot of repairs in the future.
"Well, for this bathroom, apart from the accessories, it is very important to pay attention to the materials. Why? Because the bathroom, you know, there will be a lot of water there. So, if you choose a material that is exposed to moisture, it is easy to mold and break easily, yes, there will be a lot of maintenance in the days to come,” said Tian.
Tian suggested, choosing accessories made from brass. According to him, the material is stainless, sleek, simple, and minimalist.
"For example, like an automatic faucet, the material is brass, so it won't rust, it's nice to keep it shiny, the design is minimalist, not too many ornaments, so it's definitely durable and long lasting," added Tian.
"And if possible, pay attention to the installation, don't let the important sides get in the water. It could be smelly, yes, damp, or something like that. So, really pay attention to the sides, they have to be really clean," added Titi.
In addition to choosing adequate materials, each bathroom in Titi and Tian's house is equipped with large mirrors and LED lights on the sides. According to Titi, both make the room look more spacious and comfortable.
"There are really big mirrors, yes, they also add LEDs, so that adds to the homey and cozy impression," explained Titi.
Finally, don't forget to pay attention to the air circulation in the bathroom. Do not let the bathroom become damp or impermeable because it can trigger the growth of bacteria, viruses or germs.
“What is also important is air circulation. Don't let the term bathroom be impermeable, there are no windows, the air can't get in and out, especially if you take a hot shower. So, the air is damp and moldy," concluded Tian.
