TYPES OF BATHROOM SHOWERS THAT YOU CAN CHOOSE

One of the characteristics of a modern bathroom is using a shower. This sanitary equipment is not only considered a bathroom accessory or complement, but is the right choice to support comfort when bathing.

When compared to a bathtub, maintaining a shower doesn't cost much. In fact, installation is even easier. Using a shower is also a small step for us to save water in the surrounding environment.

The main component of a bathroom shower is the water spray itself. It may seem trivial, but the spray plays an important role in being a signal that the shower is functioning properly. Apart from cleaning the body, the shower also acts as a means of massage and relaxation.

As the name suggests, a bathtub shower is installed near the bathroom bathtub. Usually, there are two inputs or types of water flow, namely hot water flow by turning the tap lever to the left and cold water by turning the water tap lever to the right.

This type of shower can use a single tap or a branch shell. However, most use branch shells to channel water to faucet spouts and hand showers and head showers. In fact, currently many bathtub showers already have shelves for placing toiletries and bath sponge hangers.

2. Standing shower

Standing showers are generally also used in bathroom bathtubs. So, what's the difference with a bathtub shower? Place of installation and components of the shower itself. Bathtub showers are generally installed against the bathroom wall, while standing showers are installed outside the bathtub. Then, standing showers generally consist of a hand shower and tap spout, while bathtub showers consist of a tap spout, hand shower and head shower.

The shower set is a type that is classified as complete because it has three water streams, namely from the head shower, hand shower and tap spout. This type of shower can be the right choice if the size of your bathroom is not too large or minimalist.

Because it is equipped with three water streams, this shower can provide different bathing sensations. The head shower can provide a refreshing bathing sensation, the hand shower is used to clean the body thoroughly, and the tap spout can be used to fill the bath, wash feet, or perform ablution.

4. Built-in shower

Another type of shower that you need to know about is a built-in shower or in other terms known as an in-wall shower. Built-in showers have several advantages, one of which is making the bathroom more practical and giving the impression of being clean.

As the name suggests, the built-in shower is inside the wall. This means that only the shower head is visible and installed in the desired location. Make sure the shower head is installed correctly because it can cause the shower to function less than optimally. Also ensure that the pipe installation connections are securely installed to reduce the risk of leaks.
